Wire Feed Welders
Welding machines classified as wire feed welders are those types that use a consumable wire electrode to both create the welding arc and provide filler material simultaneously. Wire feed welders are known generally as MIG Welding Machines and are different to TIG and ARC because the power output level is set by adjusting the voltage. Due to this (CV) constant voltage setting the arc length is adjusted by the operator and wire feeder speed is set to a suitable level to give a nice crackling sound.
