Allstar Mig welder feeds wire at maximum rate regardless of setting?
We have a Allstar Mig welder #117-015 that has developed a problem. The wire feed will only feed at the maximum rate, regardless of what the dial is set at. It seems as though it has this “default” mode. when I checked the pot it seemed ok , I also pulled the speed control board and had a tech look at it, he said it was good. The wire feed motor operates on 24vdc. I have tried to locate a manual and wiring schematic but have had no luck.It seems allstar was bought out and are no longer in business.By any chance does any one have ANY allstar manuals or schematics? Any ideas for a 24vdc motor speed control? Thanks
