I have wire feed problems with a CIG 195amp transmig rural pak 2 welder & would also like to know the value?
also the approx cost of inner cable if that is the problem
There is wire lube @ the welding store like Airgas. you apply it to a small piece of felt and clip on with a clothes pin right before it enters the rollers, cheap fix. Some wires like aluminum are really soft and won’t feed w/out special stuff, that slips my mind at the moment. Make sure you have the correct size liner 0.25 0.30 0.35 and etc.
